Eco-city 11b residential project obtained the first national healthy building mark certification

On the morning of March 21, 2017, the 13th International Green Building and Building Energy Efficiency Conference and New Technology and Products Expo was held in the National Convention Center, which is the largest and most influential event in the field of green building and building energy efficiency in China. During the meeting, the residential project of 11b block in the southern area of Tianjin Eco-City, jointly declared by Eco-City Green Construction Institute and Construction Investment Company, obtained the first batch of national healthy building identification certification, and was personally awarded by leaders such as Qiu Baoxing, Counselor of The State Council and Dai Lixiang, chairman of the International Green Building Council.

The "Healthy Building Evaluation Standard" was jointly initiated by the China Academy of Building Science and the China Society of Urban Sciences, and the Green Construction Institute participated in the preparation of the standard as one of the editor-in-chief units. This standard is positioned in the deepening direction of multi-dimensional development of green buildings, with the "health" attribute of users as the core, and strives to meet people's growing health needs. Starting from the aspects of indoor and outdoor environment, air quality, water, facilities, building materials and other aspects related to building users, the intuitive feeling and health effect of building users are taken as key evaluation indicators. Focus on making users truly become the beneficiary group of green and healthy buildings.

The residential project of block 11b in the southern area of Tianjin Eco-City adheres to the concept of healthy architectural design, which is designed from the aspects of air, water, comfort, culture and fitness, all of which are conducive to the healthy development of various circulatory systems of the human body. This project adopts a fresh air purification system with heat recovery function, each household is equipped with a fresh air purifier, the purification efficiency can reach more than 95%, and effectively purify indoor particles. At the same time, this project is a major science and technology project of the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" - "Research and Demonstration of microcirculation reconstruction technology of building water system", which is in line with the health concept and has achieved innovation in ensuring water pressure and water quality, as well as kitchen waste treatment and discharge, and improving the sanitation and safety of drainage system. It has obvious benefits in promoting public physical and mental health and improving building health performance.

This project successfully obtained the health label certification, marking that the green building construction of the eco-city will enter a new stage, and the comprehensive green building construction with environmental friendliness and resource saving will be further promoted to the pursuit of the concept of healthy life. In the future, the eco-city will be built into a green and healthy living city.
